June marks Youth Month in South Africa — a time to honour the courage, potential, and resilience of our country’s young people. At SINRMAS, we believe that real transformation happens when opportunities are extended to young, passionate individuals who are ready to lead with purpose. This is why we are proud to welcome Boikanyo Mathebula to the team as our new Trainee Office Administrator.
Boikanyo, a 19-year-old professional, is a shining example of the promise and talent that South Africa’s youth hold. She recently completed her Office Administration qualification at Rosebank College in May 2025 and is already demonstrating a level of drive and professionalism well beyond her years.
“I am passionate about education, development, and achieving excellence in the workplace,” says Boikanyo. “I believe that effective administration is the backbone of any successful organisation, and I’m excited to contribute to shaping the next generation of skilled office professionals.”
