Manqoba Khoza, a 22-year-old training facilitator at SINRMAS, is passionate about transforming learning into action. With a degree in Chemical Engineering, Manqoba brings a strong technical foundation into the classroom—paired with a deep commitment to skills development.

Originally from Barberton, Mpumalanga, Manqoba joined the SINRMAS team in May 2025. Since then, he has focused on delivering practical, workplace-relevant training that bridges the gap between theory and real-world application. His approach to facilitation is interactive and learner-focused, designed to empower individuals with the tools and confidence they need to succeed.

“I believe learning should be practical, engaging, and transformative. My goal is to guide and inspire others on their professional journey, creating a culture of continuous growth and meaningful skill development,” says Manqoba.

His enthusiasm for development and education aligns closely with the values of SINRMAS. As part of Youth Month, we celebrate young professionals like Manqoba who are shaping the future of South Africa’s workforce through hands-on learning and leadership.
